Aerodynamic Luxury. A wind-resistant sanctuary on the edge of the coulees.
Basalt Creek is an architectural response to the dramatic winds of Southern Alberta. Its curved, aerodynamic profile deflects the elements while creating a serene, protected interior courtyard.
Structural Innovation
The home features a signature "sweeping" roofline that guides prevailing winds over the structure. Raw concrete walls provide an unshakable sense of permanence, softened by the inclusion of warm oak and natural textiles.
The Experience
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the coulee landscape, while the interior layout follows a biophilic path that connects every room to the central garden oasis.
